On this scope we take full responsibility right from pre-feasibility study up to project handover after full implementation. Given that the leisure landscape in Africa is at an early stage of growth, we have liaised with other market leaders in mature leisure markets of Europe and Asia to provide management roles in the case of big projects with a skill transfer program to local workforce.
