Fun Cities Limited is passionately creating employment in Africa specifically for the youth population. With 200 million people aged between 15 and 24 (the youth bracket), Africa has the youngest population in the world. The current trend indicates that this figure will double by 2045, according to the 2012 African Economic Outlook report prepared by experts from the African Development Bank (AfDB), the UN Development Program (UNDP), the UN Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) and the industrialized countries’ Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), among others.( http://www.un.org/africarenewal/magazine/may-2013)

With such Data Fun cities has been the major sponsor of  a youth mentorship program called MENTORSHIP AND BEYOND (www.mentorshipandbeyond.org) that is passionate in developing the young generation into able entrepreneurs who are grounded on the four basic pillars of life namely Private, Personal, Professional and Public.

To date M&B has been able to speak to over 400 youths who have benefitted through the program. We continually aim to establish more partnerships within Africa and rekindle the self-employment spirit of our youths and reduce the unemployment menace.
